As businesses move to more digital experiences, the person-to-person interactions are becoming shorter and less frequent. Order goods or services through an app, have it delivered to pick it up via curbside, and you may never talk with a person during the exchange. That means when we do have person-to-person interactions, they are impactful and memorable. And they can’t be negative experiences as we all know those are the interactions that are remembered
