James has been using PRINCE2 since the late 1990’s, in 2001 he and team won the best PRINCE2 rollout for the organization he was working for at the time, and became a PRINCE2 Approved Trainer in 2004. James is a named contributor to many of the PeopleCert methods and frameworks including PRINCE2 7 over the last 20 years and has co-authoring his own book The Strategy Implementation Gap. In this session James will talk about PRINCE2, which was first launched in 1996, and has had six editions, version 6 being in 2017.
