What happens when you’re new to Observability, new to OpenTelemetry (which itself is fairly new), and suddenly find yourself in charge of an Observability team, all while trying to revamp your organization’s approach to tackling production issues? You embark on a journey of learning, blog about it, and eventually evolve into an OpenTelemetry contributor and co-lead of the OpenTelemetry End User Working Group!
